Idocus Bay, born 1990. Approved KWPN, NA/WPN.
In 1991 he placed 4th in the "Top Ten" yearlings of the Dutch Keurings. In 1993 Idocus was Grand Champion and received the highest jumping score of all the stallions at his 100 Day Stallion Performance Test. In 1994, Idocus was Grand Champion at the prestigious Dressage at Devon.

In October of 1994 Idocus was presented to the Dutch Jury at the NA/WPN inspections. He has the distinction of holding the highest score given in the North American Dutch Keurings - 99AA!!

Idocus is a very consistent and successful sire, producing offspring known for their supple movement, excellent temperaments having great rideability. In the United States, Idocus has many offspring competing successful in Dressage, Hunters, Jumpers and Eventing. This versatility may be attributed to Idocus' pedigree, which contains top sires such as Voltaire, Zonneglans and Fresco. Idocus inherited his dressage talent from his dam, full sister to the international dressage horse, Flip, and the line goes back to the well known Greta stock. The dam line is characterized by a willingness to work, correctness and quality of movement.

2-26-04 Grand Prix dressage rider Marlies van Baalen earns herself a place in the Dutch A-team.
Marlies van Baalen has been submitted to the Dutch A-team following her victory at the national competition in Wanroij, The Netherlands. Aboard the KWPN licensed stallion Idocus, Marlies scored 71.85% and earned herself a place in the Dutch A-team.

2-29-04 Idocus wins With a score of 70.96% in an international Grand Prix!
Idocus and Marlies went very well in the Grand Prix and their piaffe and passage were excellent. Marlies was extremely pleased with Idocus because he went through the arena with great expression.

3-1-2004: Idocus Best Stallion in Zwolle!
Because Idocus was brilliant in the Grand Prix and then in the Freestyle to music, he was given the title of Best Stallion of 2004! This was great preparation for Indoor Brabant and confirmation of Marlies' place in the A-selection group, in which she was placed in last week.
